LEVEL 2-ESTABLISHED
For enthusiastic students who have completed a minimum of one year at LEVEL1&2-DEVELOPING. Poses learnt in the earlier levels equip practitioners with a broad range of physical and psychological skills that are applied and studied at this level. Emphasis on different categories of Asanas each term allows greater depth of experience and understanding. Head balance is consolidated, arm balances, more complex standing poses, backbends, forward bends and twists. Pranayama and restorative sequences are also explored more at this level.
Class length is 1hr 45min as our practice covers a broad range of content at this level.
