YOGA ESSENTIALS
An Introduction to Iyengar Yoga
The perfect class for
- absolute beginners wanting a brilliant yoga introduction in an authentic yoga method (Iyengar Yoga)
- anyone who feels they'd love more guidance and instruction in the basics of yoga
- practitioners returning to yoga after a break, perhaps after a baby, an illness, injury or just some time out
- everyone who wants to work on developing strength, balance and poise.
The curriculum builds week by week so that you can progress.
As you enrol you will be automatically booked in to your first choice of class time. You can then book yourself into as many other individual Essentials classes as you wish to attend.
We are more than happy to help if you would prefer us to handle the extra class bookings or require any assistance at all with booking.
