A class for Foundation (Level 1) students with a minimum of 6 months consistent experience, & Established (Level 2 ) students.
Consolidate the Foundations syllabus and be challenged to explore a wider array of asanas in more depth.
The program is designed to help build confidence and develop the internal resources and approach required for progressing in all aspects of yoga . The curriculum introduces poses and themes systematically, and supports students of both levels.
