Enjoy a more gradual introduction to yoga. This is suitable for more mature folk, and those working with injuries or medical issues. 

We will follow the Beginner's course curriculum at a more gentle pace. You may be pleasantly surprised at what you find yourself capable of!

You have the option of also signing up for any of the other Essentials classes when you enrol in the course.

This program runs as a 10 week course, however you can join in at any time. 
There are three payment options to attend.

  1. Sign up for the unlimited Essentials 10-week course (new students only)
  2. Purchase the Single Essentials Pass
  3. If you have already attended an Essentials 10-week course please contact reception for membership information
