This class is suitable for those who have completed our FOUNDATIONS Course or the equivalent.
You can join at any time. Classes progress via a syllabus that enables you to develop and learn new skills and understanding at your own pace.
Iyengar Yoga is a beautiful method that connects the physical practice of Asana with the internal experience, for self-awareness and a sense of balance in a changing world.
Consolidate Introductory poses such as standing poses and shoulder-stand, and progress into more upper body poses with preparation for inversions.
Be guided to explore your limits in mind and body.
