The curriculum introduces poses and themes systematically, and supports students to challenge their boundaries and accept their limitations with courage and humility.
For enthusiastic students who have completed a minimum of one year at the DEVELOPING level. Poses learnt in the earlier levels equip practitioners with a broad range of physical and psychological skills that are applied and studied at this level. Emphasis on different categories of Asanas each term allows greater depth of experience and understanding.
Head balance is consolidated, with playful exploration of arm balances, more complex standing poses, backbends, forward bends and twists. Pranayama and restorative sequences are also explored more at this level.
