Enjoy a more gradual introduction to yoga. This is suitable for more mature folk, and those working with injuries or medical issues.
We will follow the Beginner's course curriculum at a more gentle pace. You may be pleasantly surprised at what you find yourself capable of!
You have the option of also signing up for any of the other Essentials classes when you enrol in the course.
This program runs as a 9-week course in term 4, however you can join in at any time.

ESSENTIALS Term 4 Unlimited 9-Week Course
Special Offer for beginners who are new to Newcastle Yoga :
Sign up for the 9-week YOGA ESSENTIALS Course & attend up to 7 classes each week, according to your availability and enthusiasm.
$190 for up to 63 classes over 9 weeks.
We recommend that participants aim for regular consistent attendance with a minimum of 1-class each week over the term.

Please be sure to cancel any booked classes that you are unable to attend as soon as possible so another person may have the place in class.
Please note this pass allows attendance in the Essentials classes only. We have great membership offers, as well as 10-class and single passes for attendance in other class levels.
