Embark on our two-week (8 evenings) yoga Intensive for an incredibly rewarding and transformative experience. Experience a range of physical, mental, and emotional benefits particularly if you are newer to yoga.

Over the 8 classes we provide a structured and comprehensive introduction to the fundamental principles of yoga. Participants learn basic poses (asanas), breathing techniques (pranayama), and essential yoga philosophy, setting a strong foundation for future practice.
This Intensive program offers a unique and immersive experience for beginners. 
This Intensive is also perfect for those wanting to consolidate our 10-week beginners course, resume yoga after a break or simply revisit the yoga foundations. 
After completing the Intensive most people will be ready to commence Level 1 at Newcastle Yoga.
