FOUNDATIONS
An Introduction to Iyengar Yoga 
The perfect class for: 
  • absolute beginners wanting a brilliant yoga introduction in an authentic yoga method (Iyengar Yoga)
  • anyone who feels they'd love more guidance and instruction in the basics of yoga
  • practitioners returning to yoga after a break, perhaps after a baby, an illness, injury or just some time out
  • anyone who wants to work on developing strength, balance and focus.
Foundations Class Times
Mondays 7:30pm
Thursdays 5:45pm
Fridays 7:30am
Saturdays 9:30am

Once you purchase your membership you can then book yourself into any Foundations class through Punchpass: https://newcastleyoga.punchpass.com/classes. Your pass last for 10 weeks from your first class.

Please book in advance and class spaces are limited. If you can no longer attend, please cancel your booking at least 2 hours before class start time.
